I received the PhD degree in the Department of Information Engineering (IE) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in September 2018, advised by Prof. Jianwei Huang. During November 2018 to January 2022, I was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at The University of British Columbia (UBC), advised by Prof. Vincent W.S. Wong.
